SMC3 Headquarters - Peachtree City, GA

Project Overview:
South-Tree Enterprises was selected as the General Contractor for the SMC3 Headquarters facility in Peachtree City, GA. The building will be 80,000 square feet and will have a three-story atrium with skylights and extensive natural lighting. The structure will be steel with a composite floor system. Unique architectural and design elements will be displayed throughout the building, including smart glass, acoustical metal decks to improve sound absorption, and glue-laminated (glulam) wood columns and beams. The interior space will contain a data room, café, boardroom, offices, and training room. The new headquarters was designed by Jefferson Browne Gresham Architects. The groundbreaking for this facility was held on January 30, 2019.

Newnan Professional Center III - Newnan, GA

Project Overview:
South-Tree Enterprises, in partnership with Parkside Development Group and Quantum Commercial Real Estate, broke ground in February 2019 on a 40,000 square foot, class 'A' medical office facility in Newnan, GA. The site is located across the street from Piedmont Newnan Hospital at the intersection of Poplar Road and Newnan Crossing Blvd. This will be the third medical office building in the Newnan Professional Center (NPC) complex built by the partnership. OrthoAtlanta will be the lead tenant in this project. The site address is 2201 Newnan Crossing Blvd, Newnan, GA 30265. Other nearby medical facilities include Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Newnan and Cancer Treatment Centers of America.

South-Tree & Champion Millworks Building - Peachtree City, GA

Project Overview:
South-Tree Enterprises, Parkside Management Group, Quantum Commercial Real Estate, Parkside Development Group, and Champion Millworks will be relocating to a new facility in the first quarter of 2020.  The site address is 201 Prospect Park, Peachtree City, GA.

White Oak Pediatric Dentistry - Carrollton, GA

Project Overview:
South-Tree Enterprises is renovating a 3,000 square foot office building into a dental facility and changing the main entrance to the rear of the building. The interior will have all new materials installed, and the exterior brick on the building will be painted.

South 74 Business Park - Light Industrial - Peachtree City, GA

Project Overview:
South-Tree Enterprises, in partnership with Parkside Development Group and Quantum Commercial Real Estate, is building a 20,000 square foot single tenant light industrial facility in the South 74 Business Park. The property address is 629 Highway 74 South, Peachtree City, GA.

My Rent Source - Sharpsburg, GA

Project Overview:

We are constructing a 5,500 square foot building and buildout for My Rent Source (2,750 square feet) of space. Two other spaces in the building will be leased. This will be a wood-framed building with columns supporting trusses to provide a flat roof. It will have a brick and EIFS exterior.
